So, these little things are the most important for the beginning work in home-grown SEO. If you pay someone to work for you, they will begin with the same items, plus they will add in standard PR work and advertising. I am going to advise advertising, but only after the core SEO aspects are completed. This is the only way to verify if you are getting your SEO right, before going into advertising.
