I have a young lady that I work for who just added 2 new sites on domains that have been around for a while. She odes most of the work, I do the stuff that takes a bit of detail - she sees the big picture, I see the details.
Got to GoDaddy and clicked a button or 2 and WP2.5 was in. Fast.
One install perfect. All the old plugins worked as they worked in older versions of WP. I upgraded a few because I saw that they were available - honestly something I don’t look at - ever. I need a major upgrade to look at those things, if they work they do not need fixed. Right?
Second install went fine. Got the WP blue default as we all do and I saw the Hello, world page and all seemed swell. I erased the 2 default themes and went back to GoDaddy to load the theme of preference. Now I have nothing on that page. May be wrong, but it appears that WP has an issue if you erase all the themes.
I should not be typing this, but making that damn site up and running. Off to the salt mines.
