I’m a supporter of these free tools for translations, because webmasters with no budget can achieve the benefits of the huge multilingual traffic. The translation is not 100% acurate, but good enough to get clicks and sales.

I download Easy Cross-Cultural Communication sidebar widget last week because trust is such a big issue and it is so easy and so fast to lose it in cross-cultural encounters. There is a natural barrier of mistrust for people we do not know and for people who appear different.

I use google translating tool and have found it really handy for foreign sites. It is awesome! And like most web applications, not as accurate as we end-users might want it to be.
